What is Endometrial cancer ?
Endometrial cancer begins in the lining of the uterus (endometrium).
Key symptoms:
Abnormal vaginal bleeding
Bleeding between periods
Very heavy or prolonged periods
Bleeding after menopause
Unusual vaginal discharge
Pelvic pain or pressure
